£11.99 - Orders under 2kg

£15 - Orders between 2kg and 4kg

£20 - Orders between 4kg and 6.5kg

£30 - Orders between 6.5kg and 10kg

£40 - Orders Over 10kg

Orders refused by customers can be returned for a refund, minus the cost of shipping, duties and a 20% administration fee.

Mystery Puzzles

Mystery puzzles are greatly reduced and as such are not covered by our normal returns policy.

If for any reason your puzzle arrives damaged then will happily send you a replacement.
